30-Day Return Policy
At The Her Gallery, we want you to love your order! You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: While opening your parcel, we strongly recommend recording a short video. If your item is broken, defective, or damaged during delivery, this video will help us process your compensation quickly.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and ensure it’s resolved fairly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: It may take additional time for banks or payment providers to post the refund.
